Artist Biography:
Detroit-born, Wyatt cut his musical teeth in Michigan-area bands playing in the shadow of legends like Bob Seger, Dick Wagner (The Bossmen, The Frost, Ursa Major, Alice Cooper), Iggy, and the MC5. Beginning in 1968, he performed and recorded with a string of groups (The Zoo, Saginaw, The Fadeaways) and then in 1974 joined up with the Gilmour Brothers, an Irish-American acoustic act, touring the Midwest and Eastern U.S. and Canada, producing four albums. From 1968-1987, Wyatt and the bands he played with were privileged to share the stage with Grand Funk Railroad, Ted Nugent and the Amboy Dukes, The Earl Scruggs Revue, Jean Ritchie, John Hartford, Steve Goodman, Joe Hickerson, Liz Carroll, and others.

Since 1987, Wyatt has worked outside of music and traveled extensively throughout Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. He experienced a renaissance as an artist in Budapest around 2000 and has since that time focused his love for music exclusively on songwriting. Wyatt Grayson makes his home in Harpers Ferry, WV.
