WINDSWEPT (2008) Barry's anticipated second full length CD shall be released in January, 2008. His heart on sleeve ballads probe the depths and expose the ambiguities of personal, fictional, and universal relationships. His narrative tributes transport the listener through distant, yet familar, times and spaces. "Windswept" offers a light through dark hearted 14 track collection of fresh original songs that awakens, pleases, and provokes the spirit in a windswept kind of way.

CHRISTMAS CAROL (2007) Yes, the holidays are coming! “CHRISTMAS CAROL”, a pre-release single from McLoughlin's "Windswept" CD has been uploaded as a free download gift to Barry's Folk Alley and Myspace friends. His "CHRISTMAS CAROL" has been selected for inclusion on Volume 30 of the Acoustic Rainbow Sampler, along with legendary Merle Haggard, for distribution to 1300+ acoustic radio stations worldwide.

PIECES (2004) McLoughlin's debut full length CD containing 14 original tracks received 5 STAR acclaim from Roots Music Report, Texas. His "THING CALLED LOVE" single was selected for inclusion on Volume 21 of the Acoustic Rainbow Sampler along with a track from Mr. "American Pie" Don McLean. Barry's "5th AVENUE" single was voted #1 on the Folk Alley, Ohio stream and is under consideration for future recording by a major label artist. Chris White, Publisher, Canada: "5th Avenue' from Barry McLoughlin is one of the finest acoustic folk songs to come along in some time. It's relaxing melody takes you back to a simpler way of life. The charming lyrics can bring either a sparkle or tears to your eyes. This is the type of song you can play with enjoyment in front of a roaring fire or on an adventurous drive along the Trans-Canada Highway. Highly Recommended"
