Choosing “Top” or “Favorite” CDs of the year is always harder for me than it seems it should be. In a year's time, there are so many great songs that come out, but they may not end up on a CD that holds together for me from beginning to end. So, this is simply my list of CDs of 2006 that I know I will come back to 4, 5,…10 years from now, take it on a road trip, and it enjoy the whole thing as much as I did this year.
