ADDINGAmen Great song, an ode to the ugliest among us!! posted byJim Pipkin on May 02, 2006, 07:25:59 pm | Power in the song Anger powerfully expressed towards what is wrong. This is good stuff! posted by John Hewes on October 03, 2006, 01:22:37 pm | Amen This song may not be what most people would think of as "folk" music, but I love it. The more I hear it, the more I agree with Jim that it's great.
The modern world is crazy too big, too fast, self-absorbed, etc. Tim Grimm does an excellent job of capturing that sentiment. I applaud him for getting back to the land! posted by Mark Knapp on January 12, 2007, 09:28:16 pm | Amen! Are we all at a church service?!? Well, nonetheless, I fully agree with all the comments thus far. This song is one that grows on a person and is so very true in its content. Maybe someday we will all get to be farmers again! posted by David Zimmerman on April 25, 2007, 10:31:21 pm |
