I first discovered John Martyn back in the early '70s when the album Stormbringer came out (@1970?), by John and Beverly (then his wife) Martyn. I'd not heard of them, but I bought the album primarily because of the ethereal photos of J & B on the front and back; they looked like Botticelli angels or pre-raphaelite models. Luckily, I liked the folky album a lot, and am glad to have rediscovered John recently. Glad such talent has survived! Thanks to Folkalley for supporting it!
