We could all use an advocate like John was.
The world followed his lead. I had the pleasure of seeing three of his concerts and they always
left me thinking about upbeat possibilities.
Mostly about personal responsibility!
Also about saying NO!
It was one helluva ride!

Of course, flying out over the ocean (instead of inland) with a bellyful of hooch was the responsible thing to do. As to saying no - not to the hooch obviously ...

...with some few of the demons that go along with that talent for the ride, sometimes. He was a passionate advocate for beautiful, natural things. I don't see a current spokesperson so widely listened to. We could use one.
