Artist Biography:
If you already know me you know that I played in Hurley Ridge Bluegrass Band for a number of years from 1998 to 2016 and have decided to make music that reaches outside of the genre, after our group disbanded early in 2017.
My influences include all things Bluegrass, 70's and 80's Rock, Gospel, Folk, and Country. Back at Jackson County High School in McKee, KY, it was not uncommon to see me in the library listening to McClain Family Albums while wearing my Kiss t-shirt or if you attended Morehead State University back in the early 80's you might have seen me perform in the Black Gospel Ensemble. I have been and am continually influenced by many artists and life experiences and I am currently working on a new music project that you can hear soon.
My new music project will feature different styles and instruments from the traditional, to the new songs that I have written and will certainly include life experiences growing up in Annville, KY, living in Lexington and Frankfort as well as my political views. Stay tuned for updates on my music.
