Artist Biography:
I found guitar, or it found me, at 14. I play fingerstyle slide. My first teachers were the great blues players of the Mississippi Delta and the Piedmont -- Muddy Waters, John Hurt, Gary Davis, Robert Johnson -- and such classic country players as Doc Watson, Merle Travis, Chet Atkins, and Jerry Reed.

My debut CD contains an eclectic blend of sources and styles ranging from the intricate proto-blues of Blind Arthur Blake, to the granddaddy of country guitar, Sam McGee, and American composer John Phillips Sousa. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.
