Artist Biography:
Sir Cadian Rhythm is a 5 piece Rock Fusion band from Long Island, New York. Their members consist of award winning musicians, professional theater performers, well versed poets and world traveling artists. Each member hails from a different musical background and together they form a unique blend of rock and pop. The band formed in late 2014 when guitarist/song-writer Alex Laudani contacted singer/song-writer Jack Weppler regarding a brand new musical project. With the addition of the animated FLEA-esque bassist Richie Cluxton, the genius multi-instrumental piano/trombone/vocalist Matt Carlin, and the ferocious driving force of Micah Cowher on Drums, the sirs quickly made a name for themselves. In 2015 Sir Cadian Rhythm released their first self titled EP which gained the attention of countless music blogs and magazines including well received reviews from Huffington Post and Young Hollywood. In the spring of 2015 the sirs won the 92.9 WEHM Battle of the Bands competition and later went on to win the 107.1 The Peak Battle of the Bands competition. From there they went on to play a series of music festivals performing alongside acts such as 311 and Christina Perri. They also graced the Paramount Theater stage performing to a sold out crowd of 1500 people in their home town. In late May of 2016 their hit single “Run Around Town” was featured in the major motion picture “Back in the Day” starring Alec Baldwin, Danny Glover and Mike Tyson. In early August of 2016 they released their single "Not Quite Done Yet" with their music video going viral and reaching 1.2 Million Views in the first two weeks of its release. Sir Cadian Rhythm continues to dominate the rock scene delivering high energy performances and strong original music.
