Artist Biography:
As a singer songwriter in the tri-state area (New York), I have just released my second CD as a solo artist, titled "Haunted" I have been writing and recording the songs for this release for the past six months and am again beginning to play in support of it. This CD marks my second year as a solo artist. I began playing open mic nights which landed me an opening spot in front of national recording artists the Burns Sisters in West Milford, New Jersey as well a spot at the Autumn Lights festival also in West Milford. I continue to play at local venues and have a regular spot at Bourbon Street in Nyack, N.Y., and Music at the Mission in New Jersey. This year I will also be headlining Music at the Market in Ringwood, New Jersey, and the summer festival at the gazebo in Tarrytown, New York. With the release of my first CD " Man in the Moon" I marked the end of my career as a front man, and the beginning of my solo career. Playing smaller venues for appreciative audiences has been extremely rewarding after playing in a band. While in my old Band "Ten Fingers," I played the club circuit since the 1980's at venues including "The Captains Table" in Monroe, N.Y., "Smiles", in Nyack N. Y., "Fordy's" in Nanuet, N.Y. "Wally's", in Bergenfield N.J, and many other venues throughout the tri-state area.I have since commited myself to writing and performing both my own songs as well as songs that I love to play from other artists. I began writing music in college and performed many original songs while in bands. Recording those songs with other musicians remained challeging, and an original CD waited until I went out on my own. The CD has been well received since its release, selling well at my shows. I am currently looking to expand my performance schedule and include more areas
