Artist Biography:
As featured in Martin Guitars "sounding board " magazine 2007,Mr Rick and the Biscuits play their own brand of Roots music. Based out of Canada, they play music they refer to as Canadia/Americana. Mr, Rick grew up in the Detroit area in the 1960's, influenced by the music we all now know as Americana roots music. Travelling and performing for many years he hooked up with Luther J Wheatstraw in Iowa. Their travels found them in the musically rich area of the Ottawa Valley in Canada where they met Josephus Burns, and finally settled in Toronto. Now with a third, potent new cd "Whole Grain" they continue to make new fans, and old fans happy with their unique brand of " Skillet Fried" "Back Porch Jazz"
