Artist Biography:
Charlotte Ryerson is a singer-songwriter whose prayer is that God will call others through her music to Himself: a hiding place from the wind, a shelter from the storm, like streams of water in a dry place, like the shade of a great rock in a weary land. (Isaiah 32:2)

As a songwriter, she reveres the writers of the past; particularly traditional folksongs and hymns that come from timeless wisdom and the deepest outpourings of the human heart. She writes and sings with guitar, banjo, and piano, and has performed in the round at several early shows at The Bluebird Café in Nashville TN. She is a regular performer at The Jimmy Driftwood Barn in Mountain View Arkansas.

Charlotte was born and raised in Essex, Connecticut and had the blessing of being surrounded by music. Her father, Arnold Taylor, was a piano teacher; her mother Priscilla Rowe Taylor attended the Julliard School of Music. Charlotte and her husband Jack have lived in Texarkana for 13 years. They have two grown children, a great son-in-law, and three grandchildren.
