Good choices! Been to see Lau and Richard Thompson (separately) in Leeds/Bradford in the last couple of months. Lau were excellent.

Richard Thompson was FANTASTIC. The Irish Club in Leeds is not my favorite venue (but better since smoking was banned in the UK), and we had to stand on the table to see. But fantastic electric folk/rock. And he did Vincent Black Lightning!!!!! As a 60's rocker who used to congregate on Box Hill in Surrey, it brings it all back to me...
