Congrats, I can remember when I stumbled upon FA for the first time and saw there were less then 2,000 listeners. I was starved for the Americana/folk music I couldn't find here at the time and FA kept me fed. Thanks.

I just hope it still remains and retains it's grass roots ideology and not get too big for it's britches.

Congratulations!!! That's great news!
I wonder where all these folkie folks are! I am in Boston and, speaking of grassroots folk organizations that haven't gotten too big for their britches...I wonder how many of you all are coming to the Boston Folk Festival? This year, WUMB has returned to its roots and focused on local music. There's a new artists songwriter's contest with a special category for teenaged artists. Looks cool. www.bostonfolkfestival.org
