Back Home From MerleFest

April 30, 2007

The Adventure may be over, but the fun lives on in the MerleFest blog. Check out our posts, pics and audio that Chris, Jim and I collected during this year's festival in Wilkesboro, NC from April 26 through 29. We will be adding my pictures (as soon as I can figure out how to get them out of the camera) and I'll be scanning some memorabilia. Thanks to all of the nice people we met and the artists that sat down with us - it was a great time for all (and I didn't mind at all sleeping in my car)!

Welcome Home y'all! It's been wonderful living vicariously through your MerleFest experience. I especially like the dailies you guys sent with photographs - what a great idea!

Ann, I know how you feel..I'm still trying to figure out how to load all of the 24 or so rolls my photographer friend took of last year's Kerrville Folk Festival, and it's almost time for the 2007 festival!
