Tim Wallace and His 40 Seconds of Fame

Ohio folk musician Tim Wallace is expanding his purview by producing the winning entry in a contest sponsored by People for the American Way and Salon.com. The contest awarded the prize for the best use of Flash animation to remind people of the importance of the Supreme Court in the election on Tuesday. View Tim's winning work here. Tim will be appearing at Susan's Coffee & Tea during Folk Alley 'Round Town night at the Kent State Folk Festival in Kent, OH on Nov. 19.

Witty and entertaining, even if not prophetic. There's no way to railroad a Supreme Court nominee through the Senate, especially in such as partisan environment. Whoever wins the election, they'll face a tough fight on any nominee who isn't a confirmed moderate.

How about this for a litmus test:

Should the Constitution be ammended to afford Folk Alley ongoing support from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting?

Ah, Tim Wallace. I have his tape with "Big Foot Boogie" on it. It is hilarious throughout even if it some passes my line for tasteful ness.

I regularly perform his song "You Don't Even Care".

Has he published anymore music on tape or CD? If so, how can I obtain the latest Tim Wallace material?
