Folk Alley Chat in Your Mailbox

March 3, 2004

The March issue of the newly named Folk Alley Chat is now in your e-mailbox. This month's issue is shorter due to February's recently sent extra newsletter. We are not planning on making extra issues a habit, but the timely nature of naming the newsletter forced our hand. If you have not received the March issue, and you have not sent us a request to remove you from our list, please check any spam catcher you may have activated and white list our address. Thanks! Ann

Really dig your site/radio station!.
I'm currently playing in several bands(jazz, country, classic & alt. rock) but most enjoy our folksy/rock, originals band. Although it's kind of hard bringing in folk/Celtic influences to the bands, It's gotta' be done.
I'm still fairly ignorant of some of the best Celtic folk/rock bands, and would appreciate your opinions on this matter. I listened to Fairport Convention and SteelEye Span many years ago, but have since lost track.
Again, thanks for any input.
